Sydney Raneé is a powerhouse singer, songwriter and producer with a stage presence you won’t forget.

Are you excited about the release of your latest single One Night Only? I'm super excited about this release. Every time I hear this song I can't help but dance. It just has that feel good vibe. I hope each listener feels the same when they hear it. How did the lyrics come about? I'm pretty sure we have all been in this situation before. You're interested in a person and they're also interested in you but it's just a waiting game on who makes the first move. Was it a difficult writing process? This time around it wasn't a difficult writing process. The lyrics and music really came naturally. I knew right off the back that I wanted to capture that feel good 90's vibe. What is your style when writing new music? My style when writing new music varies. Sometimes it starts with a voice memo and it builds ups from there. Other times it starts with building the track then writing the lyrics after. What was the foundation of this single? The foundation of this single is definitely the lyrics. In this song I tried to paint the perfect story of a girl pursuing a guy that she is interested in. Don't worry he's definitely feeling her too lol. How can fans get a look inside your world? Fans can get a look inside my world through my music. I try to leave everything on the table and write from the heart. Every song I've written is super personal to me. Could you leave us with your favorite lyrics you've ever written? My favorite lyric is probably from my song "LA Boys". "LA Boys, they fine but they'll drive you crazy And they'll destroy your whole heart leave you shaking And I've been through a few and still haven't learned my lesson I've learned to be true, guard that love baby it's a blessing"

Where do you connect most with your fans?

I connect most with my fans in person and at live shows. I feel so disconnected on social media. I love getting to know each and every fan, talking to them and just connecting on a natural level.
