Hello! Great to speak with you today!

Likewise... What have you been working on lately? New music, releasing songs from what we call out VMC Vault Series, which are songs we have been sitting on due to just being lame, ha ha... Who inspired you to get into music?

People like Tom Weinhart, Jeff Valentine, Josh Homme, Dave Catching, Dave Grohl, Mom, Grandpa Conery, yet not limited to, etc. When was the first time you recall thinking that you wanted to pursue music as your career?

After playing the Mississippi Songwriter's Festival in 2019. I was still working through the structure of one of our most popular tunes "Mississippi Waters" and the packed house at "Boots-n-Spurs" was singing along to a song they were hearing for the first time. If that isn't the power of music, then water isn't wet, ha ha...

What is your favorite song you've ever released and why?

Chance Favors the Bold" and "The Great Santita". Chance Favors the Bold was the first time I played and performed everything on a track (i.e., guitar, bass, drims, Wurlizter organ, vocals, percussion). The Great Santita is an improv jam with one of my best mates Dallas and it is the first where I am playing drums and singing live...

Who are some of the artists currently inspiring you? Khruangbin, Flight Attendant, Crumbsnatchers, Arreis, Foo Fighters and Queens of the Stone Age... Any plans to start performing live as shows pick back up?

Of course, I play live regularly on sit-ins in Printer's Alley, downtown Nashville. Our drummer Ian does not live here yet, so it is pausing shows until June 10th, June 11th and July 13th. We are also in the process of opening a sandwich shop to add passive income to the band's pursuits... What is your favourite song to perform? Mississippi Waters... What are you hoping to see in the music world as it continues to evolve?

A better sense of the true power of music that is being subdued at present. A better sense and understanding as to why music has the ability to bring more awareness into our hearts, neighborhoods and streets...
